Veinova Refund Policy
At Veinova, we take great care to provide high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we created this policy to ensure transparency while maintaining fairness for everyone.
14-day return policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund.
Conditions for returns
For an item to be returned, it must meet the following criteria:
• It is unworn, unused and in the same condition as when received
• All original labels and packaging are included
• You provide a receipt or proof of purchase
How to start a return
We want to make the return process as easy as possible. Please email us at veinovaclo@gmail.com . Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Please include the following in your email:
• Your order number
• A video and a photo of the product to confirm that it meets the return criteria
• The reason for your return
Once we have this information, we will review your request and provide you with the return address.
Important instructions:
• Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
• All returned items will be donated to charities to support our mission of giving back to the community.
Return costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. While we offer free shipping for your original order, the refund will be reduced by the shipping costs we paid.
To ensure that your return arrives safely, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipment.
Refund process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will notify you of the approval status. If the return is approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at veinovaclo@gmail.com – we will be happy to help you.
Damaged, incorrect or missing orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
For items marked as delivered to the correct address:
We cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages after they have been delivered. To avoid this, we recommend choosing insured premium shipping at checkout. If your shipment was insured, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at veinovaclo@gmail.com .
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Policy for incorrect address
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout:
• You are responsible for the cost of reshipping to the correct address.
• If you prefer a refund, we will deduct the shipping costs we originally paid from the refund.
We know mistakes happen and we strive to make this process as easy as possible for you.
Exchange
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us. We will be happy to help you find a solution—be it a replacement or an alternative option.
